Prices
At Reffen Event ApS all prices are in Danish kroner and stated inclusive of VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. We reserve the right for sold-out items.

Payment
Reffen Event ApS accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank transfer. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. We reserve the right for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery
Reffen Event ApS aims to dispatch orders placed before 5 PM on the same day; orders placed after that are sent the following business day.
We ship throughout Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 35. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering.
We do not deliver abroad, nor to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.
Your items are sent with Post Nord or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no room at the pickup point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest pickup point, of which you will be notified. If any problems arise, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after the order.
For certain items special delivery terms apply. The terms will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these items.

Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacture. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The right of complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/fault. Reffen Event ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of registration number and account number, so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided without risk by email or other electronic means, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal
A 14-day full right of return is granted on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from the day;
– On which you receive the order.
– You take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several batches.
– You take physical possession of the last batch, or last part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
– You take physical possession of the first item, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given by email at hello@hottubcph.dk. In the notice you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return slip and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without at the same time giving clear notice thereof.

Items exempt from the right of withdrawal

  • The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
  • Items made to the consumer’s specifications or which have been given a clear personal character.
  • Sealed items which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Items which, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Items where the seal has been broken.
  • Performed non-financial services, if the provision of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement thereof, that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscription agreements for such publications.
  • Agreements entered into at public auction.
  • Items that deteriorate or perish quickly.

Return
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have made use of your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is packed properly. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The process goes faster if you also fill out and enclose our Withdrawal form.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of the item’s delivery until we have received it back.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

The item’s condition upon return
You are only liable for any reduction in the item’s value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics, and the way it functions. In other words, you may test the item as if you tested it in a physical shop.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of receipt – of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item without actually putting it to use.

Refund
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.

In the case of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this is deducted from the purchase amount.

When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you are refunded, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to make use of the right of withdrawal. Repayment is carried out using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have before then provided documentation of having returned it.
